Creativity on the y-axis, and validation on the x-axis, the curve is an inverted 'S' labeled the Capability Factor. The curve is initially a diminishing curve that intersects flat y= point, labeled the "Creativity Ceiling". Within this curve and the 1:1 point, the ratio is considered appropriate for missions. At the intersection with the ceilings, the ratio is considered appropriate for trainings. Beyond the ceiling the curve turns sharply upward and then levels off again. This turn is labeled 'something brilliant or dumb luck'.
'Creativity', 'innovation', 'independent thinking' etc. is often at odds with the needs of a team or organization. However much we aspire to see improvement across our operations, we are constantly up against our own capabilities to implement that change.
